First, review the terms and conditions page for instructions, discounts, and special restrictions on large orders. Submission of an order affirms your agreement to the terms and conditions specified on the terms and conditions page.

Then, compile your list of plants from the species available in the catalog.

If you want to pay by credit card:

Eight to ten weeks after the order deadline, you will receive a PayPal bill from me AFTER the plants have cleared customs. Shipping charges will be included in the bill. Payment must be received before the plants are shipped.

If you want to pay by check or money order:

Send check or money order to made out to: Gary Meyer, 538 Waller St., San Francisco, CA 94117. If you choose this route, it would be best if you sent your check BEFORE the plants clear customs. Please advise me when you send a check if you want me to hold it until the plants clear customs, but keep in mind for your own banking purposes that it may take 8 weeks from the order deadline for the CITES documents to be finalized and for the plants to reach the US. Unless you hear otherwise from me, sending a check 5-7 weeks after the order deadline should be sufficiently early.

Payment must be received before plants will be shipped to you.

... and remember your plants are coming bare root and will want your swift attention. My cultural environment is limited and any unpaid stock will be offered to other growers if I don't receive prompt payment as described above. I'm happy to make arrangements to hold and take care of plants for a limited time if you are experiencing severe weather, or will be on vacation or indisposed at the time they clear customs and are ready to be shipped to you.
